Simple Instructions on How to Create a Log In and Fill in Our Customer Form

  1. Print out this page.
  2. Click on the link on this page that is above : Create Your Login.
  3. On this page now displayed Enter a Userid and a Password. Note: These are Case Sensitive. The Userid and the Password must both be entered. Click on the Create Login Button.
  4. On The page you are now on, (notice that you will see a message saying User Created Sucessfully). click on the only link you can see: Go back to Menu.
  5. Now You can See the Customer Form, Just Fill it in , use the tab key to move from field to field and when its complete click the the Send to Chephrenrepairs.com button. Click the Back to Form link and then the logout link. Then Click the Back to Main Page link and finally the Home link.
  6. Follow all the instructions here from 2 to 5 - You are done.

Notice: You can not Create a login if some one else before you has allready created a Login with the Same userid. You will see a message saying Something went Wrong. Simply Press the Back page button on Your Browser and Create A Login with a diffrent Userid, You will soon find one that No one else has!
