Submitting to search engines pages is changing quite a bit so we are going to be rewriting the pages that tell you how to submit individual pages to the main search engines. You need to be able to submit your pages to Google, Yahoo and MSN, which is now known as Bing. Now even that is not the whole story as I expect there are ways of submitting pages to other search engines like Ask.

It used to be the case that you needed an account with Yahoo in order to submit pages to yahoo, but could submit to MSN and Google without having an account with either MSN or Google, but it seems to have changed now and you need some kind of account to submit to Bing and Google, so we are going to write a bit about that....
